Job Description Paid Media Manager (Full-Time) Brighton (Hybrid 3 Days in Office) Entertainment / Arts / Culture Clients Independent Creative AgencyAbout UsWere a Brighton-based independent agency working with bold and exciting clients across the entertainment space from live events and festivals to music, theatre, and cultural brands. We combine creative thinking with performance marketing to drive real results.The RoleWere looking for a Paid Media Manager to take ownership of performance campaigns across a range of entertainment clients. This is a full-time role with a hybrid setup (3 days per week in our Brighton office, 2 days remote).Youll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising campaigns that drive ticket sales, audience growth, and brand awareness.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTokOptimise campaigns towards performance goals (ticket sales, conversions, engagement)Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting across multiple accountsAnalyse performance data and provide clear insights and recommendationsCollaborate with creative and social teams to develop high-performing ad conceptsTest new channels, audience strategies, and formatsOwn reporting, including weekly and monthly performance updatesStay up to date with platform changes and emerging trendsRequirements3+ years experience in paid media / performance marketingStrong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google AdsProven track record managing performance campaigns end-to-endComfortable analysing data and translating it into actionable insightsStrong organisation and ability to manage multiple campaignsExperience in entertainment, events, or lifestyle brands (preferred)Nice to HaveExperience running ticket sales or event-driven campaignsFamiliarity with TikTok Ads and YouTube campaignsKnowledge of GA4, tracking, and attributionAgency experienceWorking SetupFull-time roleHybrid: 3 days per week in our Brighton office, 2 days remoteWhat Youll GetCompetitive salary (dependent on experience)Flexible hybrid workingOpportunity to work on exciting entertainment brandsCollaborative, independent agency cultureRoom to grow and shape campaigns with real impact
