Interim Water Safety ManagerDo you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below.Location: East Sussex (3 days onsite / 2 remote)Length: 6-Month Contract | ASAP StartDay Rate: 400-500 per dayEast Sussex has more than 600 miles of footpath crisscrossing it, which is fitting, because this role needs someone who can navigate a complex property portfolio without getting lost.This is a chance to step into a well-scoped interim role where you can add real value quickly, stabilising a service, improving oversight, and setting things up properly for the future.Panoramic Associates is currently looking for an Interim Water Safety Manager to support a key period of transition across their property and housing portfolio.We're looking for someone with a strong background in water safety, building compliance or M&E, who has a solid understanding of water systems and compliance frameworks, a track record of managing contractors and driving performance, and the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the Subject Matter Expert / Responsible Person for water safety and legionellaOversee and manage contractors delivering water hygiene servicesEnsure compliance with ACOP L8, HSG274 and statutory requirementsProvide assurance across a complex property portfolioEngage and manage key internal stakeholdersSupport the transition into a longer-term, permanent structureLCA 9010 (or equivalent) preferredThis is a hands-on interim role, not a project management exercise.
