Tempus Training is an Ofsted Grade 1, Independent Training Provider.We deliver over 600 online courses every month across the UK through Government funded contracts and support thousands of individuals each year to gain skills and qualifications to develop their careers and improve their lives.For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.The Student Recruitment Officer will be responsible for promoting the company and training services, through a variety of channels, to engage individuals to enrol onto various employability related training programmes.Key Responsibilities:Develop & maintain a student engagement strategy and schedule of activitiesPromotion of training services to all relevant stakeholdersDevelop & maintain the companys network of referral partners (Job Centre, Probation, etc)Develop & maintain the companys referral partner databaseMaintain regular contact with local stakeholdersAttendance at all relevant networking meetingsEngage with employers & recruitment agencies to identify learner employment progression opportunitiesLiaise and communicate with other team members to ensure learner progressManaging online advertising, and updating the vacancy management systemWork to monthly targets based on the generation of learner referralsSkills, Knowledge and Qualifications required:Expert communicator both written and verballyGood marketing skillsExcellent skillsExperience of Social Media MarketingExperience of creating marketing campaign materialsProven ability to deliver work to a high standardAll posts are subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.As users of the disability confident scheme, we guarantee to interview all disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria for the role.
