Im recruiting on behalf of a leading defence manufacturer in South East England for an experienced Scheduler to join their engineering development team. This role is fully onsite and client-facing. Are you the right applicant for this opportunity Find out by reading through the role overview below.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Microsoft Project, including resource-loaded Work Breakdown StructuresAlign engineering resources to project deliverables and monitor availability Conduct schedule risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulations and implement mitigation strategiesCommunicate schedule updates and risks clearly to engineers, project managers and senior stakeholders in face-to-face meetings Essential Experience Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project: scheduling, WBS design and resource planningProven track record of planning complex engineering programmesDemonstrable experience running Monte Carlo-based schedule risk analysesStrong stakeholder management and presentation skillsDesirable Background in engineering project management/planningPrior exposure to Defence or Government-cleared environments (SC/DV)Commitment to continuous process improvementLocation: South East England (onsite) Start Date: Immediate Please send your CV to [email protected] or message me directly here on LinkedIn.
