Job Title: Hands-On Site Supervisor Kitchen Refurbishment Scheme Location: Brighouse, West Yorkshire Rate: 2224 per hour (ongoing role) Start: ASAP We are seeking an experienced Hands-On Supervisor to oversee a long-term kitchen refurbishment programme across tenanted properties in Brighouse. All homes are located close to the main site cabins, making travel between properties straightforward. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day kitchen refurbishment works across occupied homes. Work closely with trades teams, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity. Maintain strong communication with tenants, site management, and subcontractors. Carry out hands-on tasks as required to support workflow and keep programmes on track. Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and site procedures. Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and report updates to the project lead.
