This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone keen to learn, develop technical skills, and progress into a more senior technical, commercial, or customer-focused role over time. You'll work onsite at customer locations, supporting experienced technicians and helping deliver a high-quality fluid management service. You'll gain exposure not only to technical operations, but also to customer relationship management and business development activities.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working practically, interacting with customers, and wants a long-term career path rather than just a job.Key Responsibilities:Onsite & Technical Support:Assist with onsite fluid management services such as oil handling, topping up, sampling, and housekeepingSupport senior technicians during routine service visits and maintenance workPrepare equipment, materials, and documentation for site activitiesCarry out basic inspections and checks under supervisionMaintain clean, safe, and organised working areas at customer sitesCustomer Support:Act as a professional and approachable representative of the companyBuild positive working relationships with customer personnelCommunicate clearly with customers and escalate issues when requiredSupport the Fluid Management Co-ordinator when neededBusiness Awareness & Development:Learn how onsite service supports customer retentionIdentify and report opportunities for additional products or servicesFeed back customer needs, issues, or growth opportunitiesUpdate CRM systems to ensure potential business is tracked effectivelyHealth, Safety & Compliance:Follow all company and customer health, safety, and environmental proceduresWork safely at all times and report hazards, near misses, or incidents promptlyAbout You:Essential:A strong willingness to learn and develop in a technical, customer-facing roleGood communication skills and a positive, professional attitudeComfortable working onsite in industrial environmentsA team player who is reliable, organised, and hands-onFull UK driving licenceDesirable:Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or hands-on rolesCustomer-facing experienceBasic mechanical or technical awarenessWhat We Offer:A clear development and progression pathwayHands-on training and exposure to experienced techniciansOpportunities to move into commercial, leadership, or customer-focused rolesA supportive team environment within a reputable brand known for high-quality products and servicesReady to make an impact?Millers Oils is an equal opportunity employer.
