Manufacturing Team Leader Location: Brigg Salary: Competitive Benefits Shift Pattern: 4on, 4off days/nights Are you an experienced manufacturing professional with a passion for leadership and continuous improvement? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer for a Manufacturing Team Leader to join their dynamic production team. As a Manufacturing Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple departments. Youll lead a team of operators to deliver on key performance indicators across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost, while fostering a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities of the Production Team Leader include: Lead, coach, and inspire a team of skilled production operators Ensure all production processes run safely, efficiently, and to plan Monitor key metrics such as OEE, downtime, and scrap, taking proactive steps to address any issues Provide detailed handover reports and maintain clear communication across shifts Champion a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance at all times Lead by example in the correct use of PPE and hazard awareness Maintain quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Identify and escalate non-conformances while driving effective resolutions Lead 5S and continuous improvement projects, engaging your team in problem-solving and innovation Deliver daily team briefings, ensuring KPIs and priorities are clearly understood Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Maintenance, and Planning Were looking for Production Team Leaders with the below skills & experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing Strong understanding of production processes and performance metrics Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Decisive leadership and problem-solving ability High attention to detail and accuracy Flexibility to support alternative shift patterns For more details on this role please contact Emma Bartholomew or Jonny Powell at Elevation Recruitment Group55b20050-bc17-4e5d-bfce-3c406318dffc
