The successful candidate will manage a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from inception to completion. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, drafting legal documents, conducting due diligence, and providing expert advice to clients on all aspects of conveyancing.QualificationsExpertise in Conveyancing, including handling residential and commercial property transactionsKnowledge in Law and areas such as Family Law and Labor and Employment LawExperience in Commercial Real Estate and related legal processesAbility to communicate effectively with clients and all stakeholders with excellent interpersonal skillsProficient in legal research and document preparation with keen attention to detailQualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer, with current practicing credentialsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload efficientlyExperience within a family-focused legal environment is a plus
