The firm is committed to delivering personalized and compassionate legal support within a family-oriented environment.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Conveyancing Administrative Assistant/Paralegal. The role involves supporting the conveyancing team with administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, communicating with clients and other parties, managing schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. Additional duties include handling phone calls professionally, updating legal documentation, and assisting with clerical work to support the efficient running of the practice.QualificationsProficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including data organization and document managementStrong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional and effective interactions with clients and colleaguesExperience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling and supporting daily operationsExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyPrevious experience in a conveyancing or legal environment is an advantageProficiency in using legal software systems and office tools
