Job Description A large construction company in Brigg are looking for an experienced Management AccountantAs demand for their products continues to grow, they are looking for a skilled and ambitious Management Accountant to join their team, providing financial insight and support to this fast-paced, operationally focused part of the business. This role is central to the ongoing success of the division. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, deliver meaningful analysis, and support decision-making across production, sales, and logistics. Working closely with Operational Managers, you will provide the information needed to optimise performance and profitability.Preparation of monthly management accountsDetailed margin, production, and cost analysis to support commercial decisions.Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with clear commentary.Business partnering with divisional managers to provide financial guidance.Monitoring stock, materials usage, and production efficiency from a financial perspective.Supporting continuous improvement in financial processes and controls.About YouPart-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)Strong management accounting skillsAnalytical and commercially minded with the ability to challenge and influence.Excellent Excel skills and experience with accounting systems.BenefitsGood career progression, 25 days holiday, flexi hours available and pensionJBRP1_UKTJ
