Assembly Operative

CNC Recruitment are currently seeking Paint Line Operatives to join our client in Bridport, a well-known sheet fabrication company. The ideal candidates will be semi-skilled, with previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred but not essential Location: Bridport, Dorset Pay Rate: 12.50 per hour Contract: Temp - Perm Key Duties: Organising and preparing items for the paint line Hanging items on the paint line ready for painting Removing painted items from the line and sorting them accordingly Cleaning and preparing items before they are painted Handling and moving paint and materials as required (occasionally handling boxes of up to 20kg) Requirements: Good level of physical fitness the role involves regular movement and manual handling Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and ability to follow processes A proactive and reliable attitude Previous experience in a similar role or production environment is desirable but not essential TPBN1_UKTJ
