The Role As a Centre Manager, you will take full responsibility for theday-to-day operation, performance and leadershipof your Autocentre. This is ahands-on role , working closely with your team on the workshop floor to ensure smooth, efficient and high-quality service. Key Responsibilities Lead your centre to meet and exceedsales, profit and performance targets Drive the highest standards ofcustomer service and satisfaction Handle and resolve customer issues effectively Motivate, train, and support your team to achieve operational excellence Manage stock, ordering and daily administration Support marketing and local business development to grow centre performance Assist in the workshop when neededideally MOT testing, fast-fit and/or servicing About You Minimum2 years experiencein the automotive sector (preferred) Strong background incustomer relations and team supervision Hands-on, proactive and highly organised MOT licence or technical qualifications desirable (not essential) Benefits £38,000£40,000 basic salary Excellent monthly bonus scheme Company pension Life insurance Employee discount Cycle to work scheme On-site parking Opportunities for development and progression If you're motivated, customer-focused, and ready to take ownership of a fast-paced centre within a respected national brand, wed love to hear from you.
