Full-time | Freshwater Beach Holiday Park, Dorset Are you a confident leader with a passion for safety, teamwork, and creating great guest experiences?Freshwater Beach Holiday Park is looking for a proactive Lifeguard Supervisor to support our busy leisure team and help us deliver a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for all visitors. About the Role As our Lifeguard Supervisor, youll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our pool complex. Youll lead by example on poolside, support and develop our lifeguard team, and ensure our facilities meet the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer care.This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. What Youll Be Doing Supervising and supporting the lifeguard team during daily operations Ensuring all poolside safety procedures, NPLQ standards, and company policies are followed Delivering ongoing training, coaching, and competency checks Assisting with rota planning, briefings, and daily task allocation Responding confidently and professionally to incidents and first aid situations Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the pool complex Providing excellent customer service to guests of all ages What Were Looking For Current NPLQ qualification (essential) Pool Plant Operator (essential) Strong communication skills and a calm, confident approach A positive role model who leads by example Someone reliable, proactive, and committed to safety and service Why Join Us?
