Lead Refrigerated Goods Transporter

HGV Class 1 Driver We are currently seeking experienced HGV Class 1 drivers to join our fleet for refrigerated deliveries to shops and stores. About the Role The role involves transporting goods to various locations, typically up to 15 drops per day, using a tail lift and cages. A variety of shifts are available. Shift Patterns: Saturday to Wednesday: 3:00 AM start time Thursday to Monday: 4:00 AM start time Wednesday - Saturday: 3:00 AM start time Friday to Monday: 3:00 AM start time Thursday - Sunday: 2:00 PM start time Pay Rates Our pay rates are as follows: Monday – Friday: £15.87 per hour (overtime after 47.5 hours: £17.85) Saturday: £17.85 per hour Sunday and Bank Holidays: £23.80 per hour A 30-minute break is deducted from each shift only. Requirements We require: An up-to-date DIGI card A reliable and enthusiastic individual with excellent organizational skills Someone willing to work weekends A motivated and open-to-learn individual Excellent attitude towards work Your Responsibilities You will be responsible for: Driving in accordance with WTD and EU regulations Preparing vehicles for delivery Completing vehicle checks Refuelling vehicles Maintaining high levels of customer service during rounds, ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and in full
