Job Description We are looking for a drivenProduction Technicianto join aglobal independent soft drinks manufacturerwith78 manufacturing sitesworldwide including6 sites in the UK based inBridgwater (TA6).Salary35,209.94pa (Basic 32,009.04 with a shift allowance of 3,200.90)4 on 4 off Shift pattern 2 Days, 2 Nights 4 days off12 Hour shifts Day: 06:00 to 18:00 & Night: 18:00 to 06:00Permanent roleBenefits:22 days holiday, pension, healthcare options, and employee benefits platform.As aProduction Technicianyou will join our large Production team of over 500 colleagues, where you will be working on one of the27 production linesoverseeing the beverage filling machines. The production machines create, fill and package drinks products fromsmoothiesto leadingsupermarket juicesand everything in between.As aProduction Technicianyou will use yourhands-onexperiencewithoperating machineryto lead changeovers, conduct basic maintenance & fault finding whilst liaising with the engineering team to resolve more complex faults. Completing all required documentation to maintain full audit readiness whilst working collaboratively as part of a production team to achieve key factory performance.Ideally, you will be anexperienced production or process operativewith a strong understanding of working in a fast-pacedmanufacturing or FMCG environment. Youll havehands-on experience operatingandmaintaining production line equipment, carrying out changeovers, basic fault finding, and quality checks in line with company standards.
