Its ideal for candidates from mechanical or electrical backgrounds seeking to transition into nuclear construction. Assist senior construction managers with site supervision of works Coordinate subcontractor teams to meet safety, quality goals Support in developing work packs, permits and RAMS documentation Take part in progress walkdowns and witness hold point inspections Help resolve technical or logistical issues affecting site activitiesSkills and Experience: HND, NVQ or Degree in Construction or Engineering Experience in site engineering, trade supervision or construction SMSTS or SSSTS certification (required) Understanding of QA processes and site safety practices Organised, delivery-focused and an effective communicator Ready to shape the future?Work with your future team on pioneering missions across nextgeneration nuclear and drive excellence in delivery.
