The successful applicant will join an experienced team of quality engineers and QC inspectors, working closely with technical and production departments in the manufacture and installation of nuclear fabrications.We offer a competitive hourly rate of 33.31, and with overtime (higher rate) opportunities, your earnings can increase significantly. Key Responsibilities:Conduct inspections and non-destructive testing (NDT) to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.Maintain accurate inspection records and report quality issues and corrective actions.Ensure compliance with nuclear industry regulations and internal QA/QC procedures.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality concerns.Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices.What You Will Bring:CSWIP 3.1 certification with experience as a welding inspector.Certification in PCN Level 2 PT and RI.Plus ideally, PCN level 2MT and UTAdvanced knowledge of modern welding procedures.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Ideally, previous experience as a time-served welder/fabricator or pipefitter.Benefits:Employer pension contribution scheme.25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.Ongoing investment in your training and development.Employee Assistance Programme.Overtime available.If you think this is the right role for you, apply now and join us in shaping the future of clean energy!
