The role: As a Timber Cladding Development Manager your duties will be as followed: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders. Utilise internal systems to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyse sales data. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's services About you: As a Timber Cladding Development Manager you will have the following skills and experience: Proven experience in business development or sales management. Excellent communication, negotiation, sales and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Experience is preferred but not essential.
