System Project Coordinator Job OpportunityThis is a unique chance to support the project manager in ensuring that all project scope is accurately captured within the tool, aligning with contractual and client requirements.Main Responsibilities:Configure the Field View software to meet project needs.Oversee onboarding, offboarding, access, and hardware setup for the team and the Field View tool.Create training materials, guides, and tutorials to enhance user proficiency.Troubleshoot user issues efficiently.Collaborate with the project manager on data validation and reporting using quality metrics from the Field View database presented through PowerBI.Requirements:Proven experience working in IT systems roles with confident use of IT systems.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Certifications or experience with Field View or similar construction/project management software are advantageous but not mandatory.About Us:We're a leading engineering and services business in the UK, founded in 1921.
