We enhance the efficiency of assets, ensuring a high level of availability and reducing maintenance costs.We have extensive experience in offshore and onshore facilities; specialising in asset management services throughout all life cycle phases from consulting, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning.This commitment is delivered by an experienced and highly competent workforce of over 4,500 employees operating from 14 offices in strategic industrial hubs, upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance and quality.Bilfinger UK are looking for an Execution Design Coordinator to join us on site at HPC on a fill time basisManaging of Bilfingers Execution Design activities, such asPreparation of Field Change Requests (FCR) and Technical Queries (TQ)Handling of incoming (raised by other disciplines) Field Change Requests (FCR) or Non-Conformity Reports (NCR)Managing of clashes or unforeseen issues occurred during the pipe and support installationSupporting the Design Site Manager and Project Manager in terms of claimsCorrespondence and coordination of the Back Office (design team)Representing Bilfingers interests at technical meetingsIdentifying potential for improvement and initiating the necessary actionsSupporting the Engineering Site Manager in organizational and technical mattersBased in site full time38 hours per weekPermanent staff positionExperienceAt least three years of proven experience as piping engineer in a highly regulated industry preferably in nuclear technologyExperience in handling of design related documents such as Isometrics, Support drawings, Workbooks, Field Change Requests and AS BUILT drawingsExperience in communicating with the other disciplines (e.g. the client, other design companies, third party, etc.)Preferable knowledge of manufacturing codes such as RCCM, ASME or CODAPKnowledge in design software AVEVA E3D/PDMSExperience in dealing with Inspection organization (e.g. TV, APAVE, etc.)Pragmatic, with a strong focus on problem resolutionQualificationQualified to Bachelor/Masters degree level in Technologies and Science, Physics, and mechanical engineering or similar.
