Engineering Supervisor

Job Description Engineering Supervisor / Lead Engineer / Senior Service Engineer required to join a global, market-leading Engineering manufacturer. The successful Engineering Supervisor / Lead Engineer / Senior Service Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the service and testing of fume and dust extraction systems, filtration systems, vacuum pumps, blowers & dryers, and related Extraction systems. Full product training will be provided. The ideal Engineering Supervisor / Lead Engineer / Senior Service Engineer will ideally hold a P601 with proven experience in the Filtration / Extraction industry or transferable sectors such as HVAC, industrial filtration, pneumatics, hydraulics, plant equipment, rotating equipment, machinery, capital equipment, or industrial systems.Package45,000-55,000Bonus and Commission structureCompany Van or Car25 days holiday plus bank holidaysLaptop and mobile phoneEngineering Supervisor / Lead Engineer / Senior Service Engineer RoleSupervise and manage the servicing and testing of LEV systems, including fume and dust extraction, filtration, vacuum pumps, and blowers & dryers.Review service / test reports, identify defects or recommendations, and prepare quotations for clients within industrial extraction / filtration.Conduct asset verification for new customers and provide technical support during site visits.Liaise with clients to discuss extraction service needs, conduct surveys, and identify system requirements.Work closely with the engineering department to ensure the highest standard of service is maintained.Split role: 50% office-based in Bridgwater (report reviews, administration, asset verification) and 50% field-based (site visits, client interaction).Engineering Supervisor / Lead Engineer / Senior Service Engineer RequirementsExperience within a Senior Engineer, Service Engineer, Project Engineer, LEV Engineer, Technical Engineer, Field Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Calibration Engineer, Systems Engineer, or similar roles within Industrial filtration / extraction.Have proven experience in the LEV industry or transferable sectors such as HVAC, industrial filtration / extraction, pneumatics, hydraulics, plant equipment, rotating equipment, machinery, capital equipment, or industrial systems.A P601 qualification is required, with P-series and M-series qualifications being highly beneficial.Proven experience in servicing and testing systems, particularly with ductwork, filters, flow rates, pressures, and remedial works.Ability to supervise and manage a team, with strong communication skills for interacting with engineers, clients, and administration.A full clean UK driving license is required.
