Flexibility is essential.Previous experience as a support worker in a social care setting is desirable but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.We are looking for someone who:Provide practical, emotional, and behavioural support to individuals who access our service.Support adults with learning disabilities with personal care tasks, eating and drinking, and promoting independence.Help individuals develop everyday skills and participate fully in activities.Run programmed activity sessions within the centre and in the community.Liaise with parents and carers and report directly to the Manager.Act as a keyworker for a small group of people, maintaining accurate, up-to-date records and ensuring personal files are well organised.About You:Essential Requirements:Driver Full UK Manual D1 on Driving license non-negotiablePossess strong verbal and written communication skills.
