The Opportunity Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Executive to work closely with an experienced Partner in their growing Porthcawl office. Youll handle a varied caseload of residential property matters , with a steady stream of work generated through strong relationships with local estate agents. This is a great chance to become a key part of a close-knit team in a firm that truly values its people. What Youll Be Doing Managing a caseload of residential property transactions , including freehold, leasehold, remortgages, sales, and purchases . Providing a high level of client care and communication . Working closely with the Partner and wider team to ensure smooth and efficient case progression. About You 2+ years experience in a conveyancing role. Strong knowledge of residential property law and procedures . Proactive, highly organised, and keen to be part of a growing team.
