Direct message the job poster from Flotek Group Limited Managing Director of Flotek Group LimitedCompany Description Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Comms Projects Team Leader located in Bridgend. Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm The Comms Projects Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing communication projects, managing project timelines, coordinating with clients, and ensuring the successful execution of communication strategies. Additional day-to-day tasks include leading a team of project coordinators, providing strategic guidance, and monitoring project progress to meet business goals. As a team leader you will be responsible for running daily check-in meetings with your team members, helping them overcome any obstacles to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for managing comms projects yourself. Comms projects include full hosted VoIP cloud solutions, broadband services, WiFi, networks and cabling. Ideally you would have previous experience in number porting, hosted telephony provisioning, broadband orders and other cloud services. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. You would be expected to conduct regular 121s with your team (currently a team of 3) Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and professional development through the setting of goals or deliverables You will need to submit monthly reports on team performance - Report on metrics such as tickets logged and closed, gross profit, ticket categories etc. · Actively work to ensure KPIs are met (these will be shared by your Manager) Run the weekly WIP meeting for your department · Attend status meetings where necessary with the Projects Team Manager to advise of work in progress Monitor and allocate tickets from the Unassigned queue to a projects team member regularly throughout the day. Tickets should be allocated within 2 hours of landing from Sales Planning projects that have been received from the sales team. · Facilitating and holding initial kick off meetings with sales, engineering and the customer, on site if needed. · Consistently updating customers on the progress of their orders. · Provide documentation and a clear handover to both the client and the support teams. · Responsible for always delivering world-class service.
