Scope of the Role The Product Manager will lead new product development across mechanical components, packaging, and large-scale manufacturing projects. Lead product development from concept through to production launch Translate commercial briefs into engineering and manufacturing requirements Manage packaging design, cost optimisation, and compliance Coordinate international suppliers and factories across global operations Maintain timelines, Gantt charts, and risk management processes As a Product Manager, youll sit at the intersection of commercial strategy and engineering execution, ensuring products are delivered on time, at the right cost, and to the right quality. You'll work closely with internal teams and global partners to bring consumer products from concept to shelf. Key Skills and Experience Required To succeed as a Product Manager in this environment, youll need solid technical and commercial know-how.
