Finance Director

OverviewThe Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, ensuring robust financial management, and driving strategic financial planning. This role includes managing an accounts team, overseeing financial operations across multiple divisions and SPVs, and providing insightful financial reporting to the board. Ideally - Strong background within the Construction industry. Extensive experience with VAT returns, payroll, CIS returns, and account preparation. Excellent knowledge of financial forecasting and cashflow management. Demonstrated ability to manage tight cash positions effectively. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in financial software and tools. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Relevant accounting qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
