We're owned and run by practising vets who believe in quality care, clinical freedom, and creating a supportive culture where people feel valued.The RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for aVeterinary Surgeonwho is confident with routine consultations and procedures, has completed their GDP, and is looking to expand their skills in a safe, encouraging practice.Key Responsibilities:Manage routine consultations and surgical proceduresProvide compassionate, high-quality care to patients and clientsParticipate in a 1 in 11 out-of-hours rota (exclusive nights, no days after night shifts)Collaborate with senior clinicians for case discussions and mentorshipDeliver continuity of care through our in-house emergency serviceBenefitsJoining Shepherds the Vets means becoming part of a genuinely supportive and friendly team.
