We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home in Bridgend. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance in a child-centred environment. You'll support young people with complex needs, helping them achieve positive outcomes and prepare for brighter futures. What You'll Do Ensure the home meets all regulatory and safeguarding standards Lead staff recruitment, supervision, and development Oversee care planning, placement reviews, and transition plans Manage budgets, rotas, and operational compliance Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment Drive continuous improvement and service development What We're Looking For Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) Minimum 2 years' experience managing a children's residential home Strong knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks Excellent leadership and communication skills Full UK driving licence Ready to lead a dedicated team and make a lasting impact?
