Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a 6-month contract to support legacy Building Safety projects. This is a critical role for a seasoned Quantity Surveying professional with strong expertise in quantum analysis and a solid understanding of litigation processes. Key Responsibilities: Work across legacy construction projects with a focus on building safety compliance Manage and process claims through the supply chain Conduct detailed quantum assessments to support dispute resolution and legal processes Collaborate with legal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to manage risk and ensure fair commercial outcomes Prepare detailed reports and provide expert advice on contractual entitlements and liabilities Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally within building safety or remediation projects Strong quantum expertise and the ability to produce forensic-level commercial assessments Solid understanding of construction litigation and dispute resolution processes Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Able to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure Why Join?
