You will be responsible for handling insurance claims from first notification through to resolution, ensuring that all claims are processed efficiently, accurately, and in line with company and regulatory standards.Working alongside senior claims professionals and liaising with insurers, clients, and third parties, you will manage a caseload, provide regular updates, and support clients through what can often be a challenging time.The role suits someone who takes pride in delivering a high standard of service, maintains attention to detail, and communicates with clarity and empathy.
