As Performance Analyst, youll monitor results, identify trends, and deliver insights that help shape business decisions. You will: Analyse performance by product, scheme, and distribution channel. Forecast key metrics and monitor market trends. Produce high-quality reporting for senior stakeholders. Support governance, performance committees, and post-implementation reviews. You bring: Degree in Maths, Statistics, or similar (preferred). 12 years insurance experience. Strong analytical, communication, and commercial skills.
