Senior Performance & Pricing Manager

We are seeking a Senior Performance & Pricing Manager to lead their pricing and portfolio analysis team and help shape the future of our products.What you’ll do:Drive a customer-centric culture in line with Consumer Duty and regulatory requirements.Lead pricing reviews, back-testing, and in-depth analysis to ensure pricing adequacy across multiple product lines.Work closely with actuaries, MGAs, and internal teams to develop cutting-edge models, policies, and tools.Oversee model governance, market trend monitoring, and forecasting for both top-line and bottom-line performance.Present findings, strategies, and recommendations to senior committees.Lead and mentor a talented team of pricing and portfolio analysts.What you’ll bring:Fully or Part-Qualified Actuary OR a degree in Mathematics/Statistics with solid experience in motor pricing (personal and commercial lines).Additional experience in Home and Pet products is a plus.Expertise in GLM and machine learning models.Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Ability to thrive under pressure and manage complex workloads.Why join us?Play a key role in shaping the pricing strategy.Work in a collaborative, innovative, and supportive environment.Access to professional development and career growth opportunities.
