With cutting-edge facilities, a culture of excellence, and a people-focused ethos, this is an inspiring environment to grow your career and be part of something truly outstanding.Contract Hire SpecialistKey ResponsibilitiesAs a Motability & Contract Hire Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:Customer engagement:Meet and build rapport with customers, understand their mobility needs, and provide tailored guidance.Scheme support:Advise and assist customers with Motability Scheme enquiries, applications and vehicle selection.Contract Hire:Handle Retail Contract Hire enquiries, prepare clear and competitive quotations and explain funding options.Process management:Manage all paperwork, applications and compliance checks accurately to ensure smooth transactions.Customer journey:Support customers throughout their lease period, including servicing, maintenance, renewals and follow-ups.Product knowledge:Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Motability offers, available vehicles and adaptations.Administration:Log and update CRM records, follow up enquiries and maintain accurate documentation.Team contribution:Work closely with sales, finance and service teams to enhance the customer experience.About YouTo be successful in this Contract Hire Specialist role, you will ideally have:Excellent communication and customer service skillsExperience in automotive sales, contract hire, leasing or Motability supportA friendly, professional and organised approachConfidence handling paperwork and compliance processesA target-driven mindset and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environmentCRM experience is desirableA full UK driving licenceWhats in it for you as aContract Hire Specialist?At Citygate, we believe that investing in our team creates the best experience for everyoneboth our employees and our customers.
