Role Responsibilities Manage commercial activities on a major new-build hotel project. Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, valuations, and cost reporting. Work closely with the project delivery team to ensure financial performance. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners. Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and risk management. About You Experience as a Project Surveyor (or strong Assistant QS ready to step up) within a Main Contractor environment. Proven track record on new-build or major construction projects. Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills. Confident working in a fast-paced, city-centre project environment. Degree-qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
