Your new company A UK-based medical technology business developing advanced solutions for infection control and wound care. Recently backed by significant private investment and regulatory approval, the company is entering a growth phase with plans to expand internationally. Operating from a London-based site, the team values agility, innovation, and collaboration, offering a flexible four-day working week and a hands-on culture. Your new role You'll take ownership of international sales, managing distributor relationships and driving market expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. The role involves attending global industry events, supporting partners with training and motivation, and aligning sales efforts with internal product and marketing teams. Expect up to 50% travel and regular on-site collaboration when not on the road.
