Assistant Quantity Surveyor

About the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor Your role as Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be to work on a highly sustainable residential project. The new homes will be spread across three buildings: an eight-storey senior living development with 71 units, a 20-storey residential tower with circa 111 units and a four-storey family block with six larger flats. The scheme will consist of 90 shared ownership homes and 27 market sale homes. This will allow you the opportunity to work with a Tier 1 Main Contractor and an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who will support you. The company have been established for over 20 years and have a strong pipeline of work in London. Their projects are across a range of sectors meaning you will gain a lot of exposure in the construction industry. They are progressive in the way they offer promotion and it is done on a merit basis and competency as opposed to longevity. Key Responsibilities of Assistant Quantity Surveyor: You will be responsible for but not limited to; Managing packages from procurement through to final accounting Working with the wider team to ensure subcontractors are managed on site CVRs Reviewing drawings Working collaboratively with the internal team Key Requirements for Assistant Quantity Surveyor: This Tier 1 Main Contractor are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is confident and eager to develop their career.
