As the Restaurant Manager at Jaegos House , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the full scope of our food and beverage operations, ensuring that every aspect of the guest experience reflects the high standards and welcoming atmosphere that define our club. Working closely with the Head Chef and senior leadership team, you will lead, organise, and coordinate the front-of-house service across the main restaurant, waterside terrace, cafs, and all event operations, including private functions and childrens parties. Your role combines hands-on operational management with strategic leadership: driving financial performance, maintaining exceptional service standards, and nurturing a motivated, professional team. You will report regularly to the General Manager and Deputy General Manager, contributing to both the operational success and continued growth of Jaegos House as a premier destination for our members and guests.
