The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression. As Assistant Guest Relations Manager, you will support the day-to-day leadership of the Guest Relations team, ensuring every interaction reflects Rosewoods philosophy of relationship hospitality. You will play a hands-on role in creating meaningful, personalised experiences while supporting team performance, service standards and operational excellence. This is a highly visible role, ideal for a guest-focused hospitality professional ready to take the next step into leadership within a luxury environment. Key Responsibilities Support the management and daily operation of the Guest Relations function Deliver warm, personalised and intuitive service throughout the guest journey Act as a senior point of contact for guest requests, preferences and feedback Assist in training, coaching and motivating the Guest Relations team Collaborate closely with Front Office, Butler, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage teams Ensure accurate guest profiles, preferences and service recovery are maintained Uphold brand standards, service procedures and presentation at all times Support VIP arrivals, in-house guests and special occasions About You Previous experience in Guest Relations or Front Office within a luxury hotel environment Naturally warm, composed and guest-focused with strong interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-led approach Confident supporting and influencing a team in a fast-paced environment Passionate about delivering personalised, relationship-led service Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays Why Join Us At Rosewood, we believe in relationship hospitalitywhere genuine connections shape meaningful experiences.
