Working at Cytiva means being at the forefront of providing new solutions to transform human health, with customers undertaking life-saving activities from fundamental research to developing vaccines, new medicines, and cell and gene therapies.What you will doProvide expert guidance and advice to managers on a wide range of ER matters.Ensure compliance with employment law and legislation, company policy and the ACAS Code of Practice.Handle a varied caseload relating to ER matters, including disciplinary investigations, disciplinary hearings, grievance hearings, performance management, flexible working, absence management and probation.Provide training and coaching to support managers on ER policy and process.Support with administering and preparing case management documentation, including drafting outcome letters, investigation reports and performance improvement plans.Who you areYou will have experience in dealing with ER related matters and providing advice and guidance to managers on ER casework. HR Advisor/HR Generalist with ER experience are suitable backgrounds.You will have a good understanding of employment law and best practice in the United Kingdom, with a commitment to staying informed on legal developments.You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and progress a high volume of casework to successful resolution.You must have a valid driving licence with an acceptable driving record.
