Ensuring all customer instructions have been adhered to and are entered onto the system for picking. Control of relevant delivery documentation Point of first contact for Planning, Demand Management, and Inventory control as appropriate. Operating systems - SAP, GTS and TMS. Processing reports Liaise with warehouse staff as appropriate in absence of Shift Manager Monitor and advise on product in transit vs order allocation. Dealing with onsite FLT Drivers via radio contact. Raise STO's in the absence of Stock Control as appropriate to training. Stock Control functions within the role.
