This role is critical in ensuring that all employees are trained effectively, consistently, and in line with business and compliance requirements. Reporting to the Training Academy Manager youll deliver blended learning programmes to create and develop highly skilled factory teams.Key Responsibilities Work closely with Supervisors and Managers to identify training needs, ensuring alignment with factory and business training plans. Develop and implement comprehensive training plans tailored to production areas, supporting the wider training strategy. Deliver engaging training sessions both online and in person, ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes and quality standards. Assess employee competency through structured evaluations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities. Maintain training matrices and employee training files to audit-ready standards. Collaborate with Production teams to create, update, and maintain training documentation and standard operating procedures. Lead induction training and workshops for new employees, ensuring clear expectations and consistent onboardingSkills and Qualifications Proven experience in a training role, ideally within manufacturing or a similar operational environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
