Senior Civil 3D Technician Job Overview Design & Modelling: Lead the production of detailed Civil 3D models for highways, drainage, earthworks, and site layouts, ensuring compliance with UK standards (e.g., DMRB, Sewers for Adoption). Regulatory Compliance: Oversee adherence to local authority requirements, CDM 2015, and sustainability benchmarks. Problem-Solving: Develop innovative engineering solutions to complex design challenges. Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, project managers, and clients to deliver seamless project outcomes. Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet rigorous internal and external standards. Senior Civil 3D Technician Job Requirements Experience: 8+ years in civil engineering design, with expertise in drainage, highways, earthworks, S278, and S38 agreements. Proficiency in Civil 3D Qualifications: Degree or apprenticeship in Civil Engineering or a related field. Career Progression: Commitment to achieving ICE membership (support provided). Practical Requirements: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (site visits may be required). DBS Check: Enhanced clearance mandatory.
