Head of Procurement - Immediate Start

Role:Head of Procurement Location:Saffron Walden, moving to Braintree Sept 2025 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00AM TO 16:30PM, 40 hours a week Salary: GBP24.00 an hour, weekly pay (GBP50,000 per annum) Must be a driver, due to location change An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experiencedHead of Procurementto join a fast growing client based in Saffron Walden. Duties of a Head of Procurement: Develop and enforce purchasing policies and procedures Source, select, and manage suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability Negotiate and manage contracts to meet budget and delivery targets Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues Maintain approved vendor database and strong supplier relationships Oversee purchase orders, inventory levels, and procurement reporting Manage team operations, budgets, and compliance with company standards Ensure accuracy in admin, systems, and health 'safety adherence What we would like from you: Proven experience in a similar Aviation MRO role CIPS Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Supply Chain and Procurement Confident with Word, Excel, and open to learning Aerotrac Strong communicator, negotiator, and customer-focused Team player with a can-do attitude and eye for detail Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn If you are interested in this role, please apply below with your most recent CV.
