Line Leader Beef Processing Factory ?? Location: G33 ?? Pay Rate: 14.10 per hour ? Shifts Available: 06:30am 15:30pm 15:30pm 23:30pm About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Line Leader to join a busy beef processing facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and previous food production experience to step into a key role within the operation. Key Responsibilities Leading and supervising a team on the production line Ensuring daily production targets and KPIs are achieved Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality Monitoring staff performance and providing support where needed Coordinating workflow to ensure efficiency across the line Reporting any issues to management promptly Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed at all times Requirements Previous experience as a Line Leader or Supervisor (food production preferred) Experience working in a meat or beef processing environment is highly desirable Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shifts What We Offer Competitive pay rate of 14.10 per hour Ongoing, full-time work Opportunities for progression within the business Supportive team environment TPBN1_UKTJ
