Technical Co-ordinator

Technical Co-ordinator Glasgow Would you be interested in working for a global manufacturer supporting high-performance equipment across oil & gas, power, marine, and industrial markets? We are currently looking for a Technical Co-ordinator for a temporary contract for 3 months. The Role In this role, you'll manage the accurate and timely shipping of goods to and from the site. Youll ensure compliance, provide proactive customer service, and resolve shipping issues as they arise. Key Responsibilities Manage import/export documentation and customs compliance (via Pacejet). Coordinate air, road, and sea freight with freight partners. Ensure shipping accuracy with Incoterms, commodity and tariff codes. Liaise with customers and third parties to meet delivery expectations. What Youll Need Experience with major freight/logistics providers. Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs codes, and logistics compliance. Excellent communication, customer service, and attention to detail. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
