The ideal candidate will be a qualified conveyancer with proven experience in residential conveyancing, excellent communication skills, a professional and client-focused approach, and a consistent track record of delivering results.You will work closely within a supportive team environment, reporting directly to the directors, and will have the opportunity to further enhance your career, grow professionally, and make a meaningful impact within the firm.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, client-focused qualified conveyancer looking to take the next step in their residential conveyancing career.Whats in it for you?Hybrid Working PatternNine-day fortnight flexible working scheme24 days annual leave + Bank holidaysAdditional day off on your birthdayPension schemeOn-site parkingFree monthly Breakfasts & LunchesDiscounted gym membershipsFlexible holiday schemeThis Residential Conveyancer will have the following responsibilities:Manage residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold matters and new build propertiesProvide advice on taxes, reliefs, exemptions and handle unregistered property mattersEnsure all work complies with legal requirements and industry best practices, keeping up to date with changes in residential property lawWorking closely with the wider team to drive efficient case progression and maintain high client satisfactionThe ideal candidate for this Residential Conveyancer vacancy will have the following attributes and exposure: xjdpvnf Minimum of 3 years experience running a complex caseload of residential conveyancing mattersCouncil for Licensed Conveyancers Level 4 and level 6 diploma.Knowledge of residential conveyancing across the full range of sale, purchase and remortgage mattersLeasehold and lease extension workTransfers of EquitySDLT requirements, including relevant reliefs and exemptions, in residential conveyancing mattersThe impact of restrictions and cautions lodged against a property and how these might be removedStrong team management skills with the ability to develop, coach and mentor junior team membersProven track record of winning new business and developing strong relationships with Estate Agents & Brokers
