Join us to contribute to the automotive diagnostic industry and grow with a forward-thinking team.ABOUT THE JOBWe are seeking an experienced Overseas Channel Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our overseas market expansion and channel management. This role will be pivotal in driving our global sales strategy, building strong overseas partnerships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will have the opportunity to shape our overseas market presence and work with a diverse team across different regions.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAccording to the company's marketing strategy and overall planning, conduct comprehensive channel planning for overseas markets, establish and improve channel sales systems.Undertake sales targets in overseas regions, formulate actionable sales plans, and lead the completion of product promotion and sales tasks.Develop overseas customer development and maintenance plans, organize their implementation, supervise progress, and evaluate results to ensure plan realization.Conduct in-depth analysis and investigation of customer markets, identify market trends and opportunities, and coordinate with relevant teams to formulate and adjust customer marketing and sales strategies.Coordinate the planning and implementation of overseas exhibitions and other marketing events to enhance brand awareness and promote product sales.Coordinate the management of overseas marketing centers and overseas branches, ensure smooth communication and collaboration, and optimize operational efficiency.Responsible for other related matters arranged by the company.JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree or above; fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) as a working language;ability to speak other languages is even better.More than 5 years of work experience in developing overseas markets and serving overseas customers, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.Possess certain market analysis, marketing planning, and product promotion capabilities, with experience in formulating and executing effective sales strategies.Strong logical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions; strong leadership to manage teams and drive collaboration.Demonstrate an overall perspective and foresight to identify long-term market opportunities and respond to market changes.Priority is given to candidates with experience in automotive diagnostic products, automotive repair market, or automotive tool agency industry.SALARY AND BENEFITSCompetitive salary package, with negotiable salary and benefits for outstanding candidates (not limited to the published scope).Opportunities for professional development and training to support your career growth.A dynamic and inclusive work environment with a focus on teamwork and innovation.For more information about our company, please visit our official website:you are passionate about the automotive diagnostic industry, have a proven track record in overseas sales, and are ready to take on new challenges, we look forward to receiving your application!“Click ‘Apply’ to share your resume and a brief note on how you’ve grown an overseas market—we’ll respond within 3 business days!”
