Leadership and Executive Development Facilitator

Our team includes 70 coaches, consultants, facilitators, and behavioral economists (all former leaders in corporate, academia, and consulting).Our services provide solutions on three levels (from "ego-system" to "eco-system"):Executive/Leadership and team CoachingLeadership and Management DevelopmentSystemic Culture Design (purpose, structure, rewards/recognition, DIB, belonging, values, leadership competencies, etc.)To learn more about what we do, visit: .Key responsibilities:Design and facilitate leadership development workshops, both in-person and virtuallyConduct one-on-one executive coaching sessionsDevelop custom learning materials and resourcesAssess leadership competencies and provide actionable feedbackCollaborate with the hu-x team to ensure program alignment with client objectivesStay current with the latest leadership development trends and methodologiesQualifications:Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage senior-level audiencesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to design creative and impactful learning experiencesRequired experience:Minimum 7 years of experience in leadership development or related fieldsRelevant certifications in coaching or leadership development (e.g., ICF, EMCC) Bonus:Advanced degree in Business, Psychology, or a related fieldHaving held leadership roles in tech, pharmaceutical, or finance companiesLocation:Remote, occasional onsite with clients, and various workshop / offsite locations across Europe.Please note: because we are a small startup, we may not be able to get back to everyone.
