About the roleAs a gardener, your role would be to undertake general garden and landscape maintenance daily under the management of the Head Gardener, ensuring that the site is well-kept throughout the golfing season. Although we do try to give all out employees a good work-life balance you may be required to work some evenings and weekends in this role. Duties include: Maintaining the courses to Belfry brand standards Undertaking regular strimming and Flymo duties on a regular basis: youll be required to operate the relevant machinery in line with Health and Safety standards Undertaking general mowing duties on a daily basis once competent including Greens, Tees, Fairways, Rough and Semi-Rough areas to the required standards Ensuring fantastic customer service when in contact with guests around the resortSalaryThe on target earning potential for this role is 12.67 per hour, compromising of a base hourly rate of 12.21, plus a qualified estimate of 0.46 gratuitiesAbout YouOur Greenkeeping team is a group of friendly and hardworking individuals with a passion for what they do and an ability to work individually and as a team.
