Real Estate Solicitor (1–4 PQE) – In-House Role | Bradford (Hybrid)A growing, tech-enabled company is seeking to add a 1-4 PQE Property Counsel. This unique company provides key back-office services to telecoms giants and household brandsThe RoleThe Legal Counsel will manage their own portfolio of real estate matters, including:Lease renewals, Wayleave, licences, assignments, and landlord/tenant issuesStakeholder engagement and process improvement initiativesSupporting team development and contributing to knowledge-sharingThis is a hybrid role based in Bradford (minimum two days per week in office), using the latest legal tech and supported by an experienced Senior Manager.Candidate ProfileQualified solicitors with 1–4 years’ PQE (CILEX also considered)Interest or experience in wayleaves, telecoms infrastructure, or Code powersThe company is based near Bradford and offers hybrid working, with two days per week in the office.
